Hi everyone!
In this post I will talk about to the changes I would like to
apply in my career. I always think that the archaeological career in this
University is a bit strange. To be honest, I have many complaints about to
subject, teaching methods and the curriculum. Firstly, archaeology
in this University is just a mention the anthropology career. In much others
University or others country, archaeology it’s a career and it was associated
to history section, and not to anthropologhy. I could not say if this is
good or bad, but it is a bit confusing. especially if you consider that the
first two years is a mixture of three very different areas, social
anthropology, physical anthropology and archeology
Every semester we have scientific,
mathematical, social and philosophical topics. I do not think it is bad to know
more, the problem is that it is very difficult to handle so much information,
which requires very different skills, when you just start to know the career. In
addition, the subjects of the archaeological specialty are basically data
storage, which is exhausting and useless. In addition, there are very few practical activities, field trips and laboratory use. The career is basically hours and hours of theoretical classes. In addition, the
subjects of the archaeological specialty are basically data storage, which is
exhausting and useless. finally, one of the big problems of the career and
of the university in general is that saturate their students to the point of
compromising the correct learning by excess of stress. Perhaps, the most remarkable thing is the teachers, who in general are
great professionals, all with a lot of knowledge in their areas.
interesting point of view!!
